As part of the IT Technical Operations team, the Network Support Analyst will work with divisional operations in Desktop support for Windows and MAC operating systems. This includes installations of new software releases, system upgrades and patches which may require PC builds and repairs experience within the corporate IT infrastructure, supporting multiple facilities in the New York Metro area. Must have understanding of various technologies INCLUDING VoIP, basic networking, WiFi, basic wiring. Excellent communication and problem solving skills, and the ability to work with other departments to quickly resolve issues. Associate`s degree or its equivalent preferred, plus 2-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. This is a confidential opening.
